So far the tour guide knowledgeable naman abt what he's saying. The driver, we feel safe during our tour. We like them both kasi naging masaya naman ang tour namin. Kaya lang we don't have enough time for taking pictures, madalian kaya kami ni Roen palagi nasa hulihan. The only problem we had, is the accommodation. Thank you very much for arranging the tour for us & looking forward for another tour next year.

They arranged our Palawan trip and it went very well. we will definetly go with them again next tour in mind. Thank you for your very efficient staff. the travel guides in el Nido were exceptional. The only part we hated was the flight with Cebu Pacific. delayed to and from Palawan. Thank you again for keeping us safe with the tours and for providing us very fun loving guides.

Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the recent trip we had with your group, I traveled with my mom, mom in-law, daughter in-law and my grandson. So, 2 seniors plus a kid. I was not sure what to expect from you since it was my first time to have a group tour.

I am not a fan of any tour package and I always prefer to plan the trip by myself with the recent group tour with Travbest, I was so surprised because everything went well according to the itinerary from the bus, accommodation and the tourist spots and of course the tour guides we have Mr. Igo was very attentive to the needs of my 2 elders from assisting them in getting off the bus in all stops and lending them his own gloves and a lot of good gestures. He often ask us if we are okay. The Korean tour guide, Ms. Susana was amazing guide and funny too. She really made sure that we're all okay especially the elders and kids. She assisted us in almost every stops, restaurants, shopping areas, tourist spots and she was also there, assisting us in the check in counter prior to departure.
